These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, services, and software applications operated by Dialed Funnel Conversions LLC, dba Dialed Funnels ("we," "us," or "our"), including dialedfunnels.com and all products offered under the SignalCraft Tools platform, including Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader and any future SignalCraft Tools applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using any of our services or applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, services, or applications.

2. Use of Website & Services

You may use our website for personal and informational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
• Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, data, or systems.

3. SignalCraft Tools — Software Applications

This section applies specifically to users of SignalCraft Tools applications, including Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader.

SignalCraft Tools is a suite of software applications that connect to third-party platforms — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to help users manage and automate marketing and advertising workflows. Access to SignalCraft Tools applications requires authenticating with the relevant third-party platform(s) using your own credentials.

By using any SignalCraft Tools application, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the connected accounts. You represent that you have full legal authority to access and take actions within any ad account, Business Manager, page, or other platform asset you connect to a SignalCraft Tools application.
• You are responsible for your ad accounts and ad spend. Any campaigns, ad sets, creatives, or ads created through SignalCraft Tools applications are created in your own Meta ad account(s) at your direction. You are solely responsible for all advertising activity, charges, and outcomes that result from using the application.
• All ads are created in a paused state. Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader creates ads with a PAUSED status by default. You are responsible for reviewing and activating any ads before they go live. We are not liable for any ads you activate or for their performance.
• You will not misuse API access. You may not use SignalCraft Tools applications to access, modify, or interfere with any account, asset, or data that you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage.
• You will keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for any connected platform. Notify us immediately at tech@dialedfunnels.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

SignalCraft Tools applications interact with the Meta Marketing API. By using these applications, you agree to comply with all applicable Meta policies, including:

• Meta Platform Terms
• Meta Advertising Standards
• Meta Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all advertising content you create or publish through SignalCraft Tools complies with Meta's policies, applicable laws, and any applicable industry regulations. Dialed Funnels is not responsible for content that violates Meta's policies, for the suspension or restriction of your Meta ad account, or for any penalties imposed by Meta as a result of your use of the application.

5. Appointment Booking & Payments

• Dialed Funnels offers online appointment scheduling, which requires providing accurate personal information.
• Some services may require a deposit or full payment upfront, as outlined in our service policies.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.

6. User-Generated Content

• If you submit reviews, testimonials, or comments, you grant Dialed Funnels a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, or distribute this content.
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or misleading content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on dialedfunnels.com and within SignalCraft Tools applications — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, videos, trademarks, and software — is the exclusive property of Dialed Funnel Conversions LLC or is licensed to us. The name SignalCraft™ and all associated product names are trademarks of Dialed Funnel Conversions LLC. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and use your personal data, including data collected through SignalCraft Tools applications. By using our website and applications, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
• We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, but we are not liable for unauthorized access due to cybersecurity threats outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialed Funnels is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or applications, including but not limited to:

• Ad spend, campaign performance, or account actions taken through SignalCraft Tools applications
• Suspension, restriction, or termination of your Meta ad account or Business Manager
• Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in data returned by third-party APIs
• Loss of data resulting from token expiration, account disconnection, or service interruption

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that our applications are always error-free, uninterrupted, or secure from all vulnerabilities.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website, services, or applications after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Sacramento County, California.
