Dialed Funnel Conversions LLC, dba Dialed Funnels ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (dialedfunnels.com), our marketing tools, and our software applications offered under the SignalCraft Tools platform — including Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader — how we use that information, and your rights related to your data.

What We Collect

1. Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you fill out a form, register for a session, request resources, or communicate with us, you may share:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business information
• Any other details you choose to submit

2. Information We Collect Automatically (Website)

We use cookies and third-party tools (like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and others) to track usage data:

• IP address
• Device and browser type
• Pages viewed
• Time on site
• Referring URLs

3. Payment Information

We do not store your payment information. Payments are securely processed via third-party platforms (such as Stripe or PayPal), subject to their own privacy policies.

4. SignalCraft Tools — App Data

When you connect your Meta (Facebook) account to a SignalCraft Tools application (such as Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader), we collect and store the following information:

• Meta User ID: Your unique Facebook user identifier, used to associate your session with your stored access token.
• Name: Your name as returned by the Meta Graph API, displayed within the app interface.
• OAuth Access Token: A long-lived (60-day) Meta user access token issued after you authorize the app through Meta's OAuth login flow. This token is used exclusively to make Meta Marketing API calls on your behalf.

We do not collect your Facebook password, personal timeline, posts, friends list, messages, or any non-advertising data. We do not access your personal profile beyond your user ID and name.

When using the app to create ads, you also provide:

• Ad creative assets (images you upload)
• Ad copy (headlines, descriptions, destination URLs)
• Campaign configuration (budget, schedule, targeting, placement preferences)

This content is submitted directly to the Meta Marketing API on your behalf and is not stored by the app beyond what is necessary to complete the current operation.

Why We Collect Data

We use your data to:

• Deliver services or resources you requested
• Operate and authenticate your session in Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader
• Make Meta Marketing API calls on your behalf to create and manage ads in your own ad accounts
• Improve the user experience
• Provide customer support
• Run marketing campaigns (ads, email follow-ups, retargeting) for our own business
• Monitor ad performance and track conversions
• Stay legally compliant

Cookies & Tracking Technology

Cookies help personalize your experience and allow us to track user behavior for advertising and analytics purposes. You can manage cookie settings in your browser. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

We may use tools such as:

• Meta Pixel — for retargeting and ad optimization
• Google Analytics — for user behavior analysis
• Google Tag Manager — to manage tracking scripts
• YouTube Embedded Pixels — to track engagement with embedded videos
• Mouseflow — for session recording and heatmap analysis

SignalCraft Tools — Meta Integration

This section applies to users of SignalCraft Tools applications — including Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader — and describes how we use Meta (Facebook) API permissions on your behalf.

Permissions We Request

When you connect your Meta account to Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader, the app requests the following permissions:

• ads_management: To create campaigns, ad sets, ad creatives, and ads in your ad account. All ads are created in a PAUSED state — nothing goes live automatically. You review and activate ads manually inside Meta Ads Manager.
• ads_read: To read your existing campaigns and ad sets so you can select a destination for new ads.
• business_management: To read your Business Manager structure — including linked ad accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and saved audiences — so you can select them within the app interface. No modifications are made to your business structure.
• pages_read_engagement & pages_show_list: To enumerate your connected Facebook Pages for use as the ad identity.

The app does not request or use any permissions beyond those listed above.

How We Use API Access

The app uses your access token solely to:

• Read your ad accounts, pages, Instagram accounts, and audiences to populate selection menus
• Upload images to your ad account's image library
• Create ad creatives with your supplied copy and images
• Create ads in PAUSED status for your review

The app explicitly disables all Meta AI optimization features — including Advantage+ Creative, Advantage+ Audience, and targeting relaxation — to preserve your exact creative and targeting intent. It only accesses ad accounts you explicitly select and authorize.

Token Storage

Your Meta User ID, name, and OAuth access token are stored in a secured PostgreSQL database. This allows you to return to the app without re-authenticating on every visit. Meta long-lived access tokens expire after approximately 60 days; upon expiration you will be prompted to reconnect your account. Session state is maintained via a server-side session cookie with a maximum age of 30 days.

Your Rights & Choices

Website & Marketing

• Opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data
• Decline cookies via your browser settings
• Request that we stop sharing data with third-party services (note: this may impact your access to certain services)

Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader App

• Disconnect the app: Revoke the app's access to your Meta account at any time by visiting Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Signalcraft SpeedLoader.
• Request data deletion: To request deletion of your stored data (user ID, name, and access token) from our database, email tech@dialedfunnels.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.

Note: revoking access via Facebook Settings prevents future API calls but does not automatically delete your data from our database. A separate deletion request email is required for that.

Data Sharing

We may share your data:

• With trusted service providers who help us operate the business
• With Meta's Graph API (graph.facebook.com) as part of authenticated API requests made on your behalf through Signalcraft™ SpeedLoader — governed by Meta's Privacy Policy
• When required by law or legal process
• During a business sale, merger, or acquisition (we will notify you if that happens)
• In anonymized or aggregated form for research or performance reports

We do not sell your personal data.

Children's Privacy

Our website and applications are intended for business owners and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@dialedfunnels.com.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
